Among these links you will see a link for Animal Abuse: http://www.animallaw.info/policy/poaumat ...
Consequently, the case seems pretty trivial to do the malpractice claims, but shows how to prepare a case for the success.

Ring Australian Veterinary Association (AVA)
National Office
Address:
Unit 40, 6 Herbert Street
St Leonards NSW 2065
Tel: (02) 9431 5000
Fax: (02) 9437 9068
E-mail: members@ava.com.au

Prime ring and speak to a representative who informed him that the President is in your state.
Then you will be asked to produce a written report, remember what happened after mailing. It then will ask for a written report from your veterinarian about what is happening in your workplace, and a report from the nurse or technical assistance. It will ask for X-rays), pathology results and their animals record (history. It examines what happened and he said that's on the veterinary staff and say they are not in some detail, providing you with the person in question and request further information, write content. Then a group of 10 veterinarians and a secular move through the events and whether the veterinarian was definitely negligent.
From there, I do not know what happened.
